Chris Ware, RDN, LDN

Chris brings over 10 years of experience across clinical nutrition, coaching, wellness programs, and healthcare systems. He is often brought in when lab results are trending in the wrong direction—working alongside physicians and individuals to identify what’s driving those changes and how to correct them through structured nutrition strategy.
His work extends beyond medical conditions. Chris also supports athletes, executives, and high-performing individuals in refining how they fuel for training, competition, and day-to-day demands. Across all settings, the focus remains consistent: what, when, and how someone eats directly impacts how they function, perform, and recover.
